Everything from our first conversation on Friday when Jeff worked to get us preapproved on Saturday morning. He had excellent communication through the entire process, he was never more than a single phone call away. Jeff worked hard moving at a fast pace getting things done and in today’s real estate market you couldn’t ask for more. In this market hours can make a real difference. We were able to get bids turned around on multiple occasions that assisted us in having opportunities. At the end of the day the process was simple to get approved.
