Excellent Doctor-Patient Service!! I sustained significant soft tissue damage to my back, neck, shoulders and other areas. I was in pain and really feeling horrible. Exceptional Service with Bilingual Staff I went to Jefferson Spine & Injury Center for an auto accident. I was having neck, back and shoulder pain and I found them in a doctor's directory. Dr. Holcombe is very professional, friendly and cares about her patients. Her staffs are also friendly and very helpful. The staff also speaks Spanish to help translate. EXCELLENT!!! Dr.Holcombe is EXCELLENT! If up ever have back pain for what ever reason, car accident or etc., I highly recommend her. The customer service that she and her staff provides have not been matched for me. I was in a car accident (major rear end) and I was referred to a rehab therapist in DC. I just was not feeling any relief from the pain after a few weeks. Amazing Customer Service I was referred to Jefferson Spine & Injury Center by Patient First due to a car accident. Dr. Holcomb and her staff exhibit the most amazing customer service.
