Dr Xavier Gaudin is the best surgeon you will find in his field of medicine & I say this because of his excellent expertise doing laminectomy surgery on my husband. Dr. Brisman gets back to me right away when I need his help. His secretary is great also.
Dr Brisman put me right at ease, explained everything about my condition and options and answered all of my questions.
I live far from Dr. Brisman and my insurance was not accepted. He was very understanding and was willing to charge a reasonable fee to see me via Zoom. He has since followed up with a very brief phone call for no additional fee. I appreciate anyone who does not nickel and dime patients. Dr. Brisman seems to see a lot of patients with trigeminal neuralgia, is honest and straightforward in his approach.

Dr. Brown has been a great support throughout my 10+ year struggle with trigeminal neuralgia. He has not only been a doctor, but also an educator (I was not aware of this disease before being diagnosed) and a great listener.
