Jeff did an amazing job helping us get our new house. He was very patient and everything in “Kaylene” terms so that I new exactly what was going to happen during our home buying process. His staff, Caitlin and Heather were super helpful and fast working. I would highly recommend them for your next home purchase. They may not have had the cheapest rate, but their customer service, attention to detail and fast response was way more important to me.

Based on a recommendation from my realtor (Alexis Kincaid, highly recommend!), I was referred to work with Jeff Anklam and his team at Waterstone in Appleton. It was our very first home buying purchase, so my husband and I were both anxious and full of so many questions. Jeff and Angie ALWAYS got back to us right away, and explained things very thoroughly for us to understand. It felt great to work with people who truly have our best interest at heart and who are so driven to go the extra mile. If you are shopping around for a mortgage company, I’m telling you to look no further, because Waterstone is head and shoulders above the rest with the staff that they have. Thank so much for everything Jeff, Angie, and Christy! Edit: I forgot to add that they email you cute little progress videos throughout the process and it made me so happy each time I got another video email 😄
