I had a consultation with Dr. Tibbs today. All of the staff members were kind and professional. The office is welcoming and spacious - unlike other dental offices I have been to in the past. Dr. Tibbs made me feel comfortable during my visit. He was thorough and honest. I went in with a concern and he reassured me that I did not need any interventions. Fantastic experience. From consultation to the wisdom teeth removal, Dr. Tibbs and his staff were incredibly kind, patient and nonjudgemental. I have major anxiety surrounding doctors and anything medical and they really nailed the patient care aspect and made me feel very comfortable. During my consultation, they asked when the last time I had been to the dentist was and I said it had been several years. Dr. Tibbs & his staff are simply amazing! They are very friendly, professional and welcoming!! It was my first time to his office and I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who wants to feel like family from the minute you walk in the door! I am already excited to go back just to see their smiling faces! :)
