Jeff and his team are top notch - everything was explained options with the pros and cons, no pressure! Simply thorough, communicative and very pleasant to work with. Waterstone Mortgage is an awesome lender. They are very timely with deadlines and they know their stuff. Teresa and Molly were excellent in doting the i’s and crossing the T’s for my loan process. Jeffrey and his team exceeded our expectations during our refinance that closed in December 2020. I have already recommended him and his team to a close relative looking to purchase.
