Let me start by saying any future homes we buy will be from Jeff Motes as well. He made this experience extremely easy for us. He was diligent and very thorough. We started out with low credit score and low funds. He walked me through getting my credit up, step by step. He also showed me how to maintain a good credit score as well as how to save money. I am now the proud owner of my dream home with an almost 700 credit score and a savings account my parents would be proud of. Thank you Jeff!

Jeff Motes was great throughout the entire process. I couldn't recommend him enough. This was my first time buying and he was always readily available and eager to ask the many questions I had. Jeff is the hardest working mortgage loan broker we have ever encountered. He seemed to endlessly search for a solution to our unique situation, day and night. He kept us apprised of the status of our loan at all times and kept pushing to get the closing across the goal line. He is very imaginative and was able to offer multiple options to help us find the right fit. I would recommend him to all folks who need a mortgage broker and will continue to work with him in the future.
