All members of the staff were professional,pleasant and concerned about my well being which I appreciated very much. Dr. Grossman explained the treatment and discussed time frame for additional treatment in understandable terms.
Everyone was very nice & helpful. The first shot gave me relief for about 7 days. The second & third shots, didn't help at all. I liked Dr. Grossman, very much. He seemed to care, that the shots didn't help & I don't feel good. I have a great of pain. I appreciated phone calls from the staff & Dr. Grossman. They all seemed to care. That helped me feel a little better. Just wish the pain would go away. It is very hard to do anything. The one time, that I had a long wait, Dr. Grossman did say that he was sorry for the delay.
