While I understand that mistakes do happen, when you are trusted to give financial advice to people who rely on your knowledge of home loans, you need to be solid in the information you convey to them. Jeff was not, and we had to pay for it. I cannot in good conscience recommend Jeff to anybody in need of a loan consultant.
