Customer Service team exceeded my expectations. My loan officer met with me in person and explained in detail of what my loan choices were. I was given ample time to make my decision with no pressure sales. I chose to work with Capstone Home Loans because they are not a bank it is a privately owned and operated local business. Kudos !

I was given Jeff’s name by a friend to help us with a refi on our house, he was very quick to get the process started for us and explained and answered all the questions we had. He got us a great rate and kept us informed throughout the entire process.
After calling two different lenders, things seemed hopeless. On my third try, a good friend reccommended Jeff to me. I gave him a call and my eyes started tearing up after our phone conversation. I told him he's a miracle worker - a person who was interested in trying to help make it work. All I wanted to do is to buy my sister’s home. She passed 6 months ago.
