From the day I first talked to Jeffrey he was friendly, professional, and efficient! The sellers of the home I wanted reduced my inspection time in my real estate contract. Jeff told me not to worry he could get me closed in 30 days instead of the standard 45. He kept me informed daily sometimes emailing me at 8:00PM Eastern time because he was still working on receiving updates from the title company in California and sure enough I closed in 29 days!
