Jen was great!
Everything was great, and Jen was very helpful! One thing that I didn't much care for was the information that was sent as videos that were just text. I would have rather had that same information as a written text communication, or at least as both.
Jen and her team were outstanding in walking us through the process from beginning to end. Very helpful is answering any questions or concerns we had. We would be thrilled to work with her in the future.
