Our Salesman Pierce was phenomenal! He was very professional, kind and patient with us from beginning to end! We purchased a 2020 MDX with very low miles. I loved it when I laid my eyes on it! Initially, we only came to look! I feel in love with it instantly! Even after the purchase, Pierce reached out to the previous owner for the second key. He will be mailing it out to me! My final and third interaction was OK at this dealership with sales, however i chose not to do business with them because they just do not follow through with callbacks, text, or emails promptly. This is my final review for this dealer. . Overall I would not spend my money here, with that being said, you may be lucky with them even though i was not. The only part good at this dealership is sales, but they are not perfect, the rest of this dealer location is poor and i highly recommend finding another dealer, i had a very bad experience at this location with admin, not sales except waiting for a return email, i gave them more time, but still no response by lead sales guy. One sales guy promised to get back to me about a great price/deal and never did about the great deal, still never replied to me. I give sales only a 60%, Admin 10%, Returning calls or emails a 0%. These people were very helpful and friendly to me when i came into test drive a Tucson. I did not purchase any car from them because i got a much better deal somewhere else, but if i did not get a much better deal with another dealer, i would have. What stopped me i was told that they were going to get me a great deal on a car, told me to pick out what i wanted, waited for a couple days but they never came through for me. Eric Ventura the service manager personally drove my car with me and precisely described what I thought was still not attended too very clearly and then understood what was happening.
