Tara Vittori was my service agent. She was fantastic. On a scale of 1-10, she is a 14. She kept me informed, told me my options and did not push me towards a decision I did not want to make. She is an absolute joy to work with. I also had an opportunity to speak with Mark Nolette about a new vehicle. Nichol Young was my service advisor and kept me informed of the progress of the service I was having done (AC check/charge and oil change). When completed, Nichol explained everything to me and showed me to my car. The next day I had a question about the AC service and called Nichol. She checked with a service technician and promptly called me back with an answer. Although I do not see her name listed in the rating section of this survey, I would give her 5 stars
