If it wasn’t for the service representative, Rafael Valdez my experience would not have been superior. Rafael was extremely attentive above and beyond and accommodating during my more than a month-long service program. He answered my calls my emails, my text without hesitation and kept me up-to-date and in the loop regarding the progress of my vehicle. I have never experienced customer service like this ever from a dealership. Jenkins, Hyundai if Leesburg needs to be privilege to have him working there.

The service was great, got in and out quickly. I sat in the waiting area while my SUV was serviced. Very clean and enjoyed a complimentary beverage while I waited. Nichol is very professional and very explained everything to me. I will choose Nichol again for my next appointment.
