Easiest purchase. Mostly done online. Had to come to dealership to sign paperwork and pick up car. About 1 1/4 hour! sheriff C. Was my sales agent and customer supporter. She did an awesome job as did Jen, Joe snd Nikki.

Although I wish I received more for my trade in, I can understand why I didnt. Sheriff, her manager and the business woman went above and beyond to get my car preped and ready. The 2016 has all the features that I wanted and was familiar to; they even took care of the tow hitch that I absolutely needed. All dealerships should treat their clients as well! We were looking for a replacement for our Subaru Forester. Visited Jenkins Mazda’s website and decided on a 2022 CX-5 that they had in stock. The sales associate Sheriff was able to get us an out-the-door price via texting which made shopping for a car easy and efficient. She was waiting for us when we arrived, had the vehicle ready for a test drive, and within two hours, we were driving home in our new car. Shopping for a new vehicle at Jenkins Mazda and with Sheriff made buying a car in these unusual times a real pleasure!

To be honest, I was dreading having to purchase a car because of prior experiences at other car dealerships. Scott is who sold me my truck.He will do anything he can for you. He didn’t pry or try to get me into a vehicle I didn’t want. He asked me what I wanted and seriously searched every dealership to find the used truck that I liked best. He went above and beyond to get me approved at a good rate.
