My nephew mostly dealt with whatever questions there were/needed to be done, but I do know whenever he had a question & contacted Jenna, she acknowledged the call as soon as she was able & if she did not, explained why she was delayed (eg, I believe she was once in a meeting and could not respond right away). If she didn't have an answer, she checked into the matter. I felt as if she was trying to do the best for us & trying to get the correct answer.
