Working with Jennifer and her team was easily smoothest and the least stressful part of my transaction. I had no idea what I was doing and found Jennifer to be understanding, patient, and thorough. Even when there were things that maybe seemed simple but didn't make complete sense to me. The thing I most appreciate about working with Jennifer however, was her responsiveness. She was always a text away with answers to my many calculations and questions.
