I had an open wound on my head for 2 and 1/2 weeks. The doctor knew what it was right off and said she needed a biopsy. Well I have numerous health problems so I became very nervous. She was kind, explained it to me in detail, and answered all of my questions and they were many. Her bedside manner was superior. I asked if she could deaden my head first and she said yes.
