Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Guaranteed Rate's online platform is fantastic, and Jennifer was always available to answer questions and provide helpful answers. Loan closed on time even though seller was difficult. She even went above and beyond over a year after closing to help me with a property tax issue. Best mortgage experience with Jennifer, highly recommend!!

Working with Guaranteed Rate and all the associates. especially Jennifer Ashley, was so easy. After working with several different mortgage companies over the last five years… It was a joy to work with professionals. Len & Tracey The paperwork was kept to a minimum and once submitted wasn’t asked for over and over again. Would definitely use this company again!

Jennifer made our first time home buying experience seamless. Not only did she secure us an incredible rate, she was very knowledgeable about VA loans and made the whole process from start to finish so manageable. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the process. At the last minute there was a concern we wouldn't be able to close on time, and she was able to make it happen! Just in time to spend Christmas in our new home! Highly recommend- you won't be disappointed.
