Jennifer was informative but not pushy. She was quick and responsive and got our refi done promptly. This is the second time we have used Jennifer and we couldn‚Äôt be happier. The first time she saved us from near disaster when our mortgage broker couldn‚Äôt close our loan with just 2 weeks until closing. Jen stepped in. Requested what she needed to get started.
