Dr. Carrasquillo was recommended to us from another Dr. at HC. The appointment was for our 21 y/o son who was very nervous about some feelings he was experiencing. She was excellent in lessening his fears and making him understand what was going on with his body. She listened and talked to HIM and not us and spent as much time as he needed with questions and answers. She was calming and very thorough with his exam and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone seeking a well trained doctor.
My family members were supposed to see Dr c and her pa, but they were not there when my parents showed up, and that was after paying for rides both ways since they are seniors. It's sad that they treat military veterans like this. Not only that they didn't update their location in Google so my parents went to the wrong address, through new fault of their own. My spouse was ill in August and, after 2 ER visits, it was decided that she needed to see a neurologist. Dr Jennifer Carasquillo was recommended, but the soonest my spouse could get an appointment was in over 3 months. After about a month she recovered, but we still felt it was important to get established with a neurologist. Today is Wed., Nov. 15, 2023, and anyone who lives anywhere near Ft. Terrible communication and office attitude. Did not notify results of requested blood tests. I had to call numerous times and never got to speak to the doctor about results and still 5 months later have not talked to her about it. While I m out of the country occasionally it's no excuse
