Misinformation provided regarding closing costs and down payment. When I asked for clarification was told to just look at the cash at closing. On more than one occasion felt agents responses were dismissive and had attitude. Since the buyer and agent are friendly, I cant help but think the information regarding closing/ down payment was biased.
