The reality is...in this market you need a lender like Michael Taylor and his team that is on call Saturday night, all weekend, and anytime of the day to get the house you are aggressively after. We tried another lender and their 9 to 5 hours did not cut it in this housing market and we lost bid after bid. Michael and his team are there for you every step of the way and without them we would still be looking for a house. Thank you!
