The best visit I have had in years.. she was pleasant and actually listened to me. Past 4 visits I had at clinic left me not wanting to return. But glad I did. Thank you so much. I will make a return visit.. Hopefully she will still be there. Alot of turnover there.

I was actually impressed with Jennifer for really listening and making me feel she was interested in my health. I’ve had issues with other nurse practitioners there in the past.

I can never seem to gain access to my PCP, Jennifer Scott. Seems, that, since my I still consult with her, she never has time to see me anytime I visit her office. To me, this defeats the whole purpose of HAVING a Primary Care Physician. Instead, I'm constantly being screened by her receptionist, whom I always end up having to leave notes for Jennifer, that state the purpose of my visit. Your turn over rate for physicians in your facilities is extremely high. I have been unable to get consistent care and had to change primary doctors within your facilities 5 times within last 3 years due to staffing issues. I am getting very poor care.
