Jennifer and her team made the whole process pretty smooth for us, all in all. There are always going to be hiccups along the way--it's part of the process--but Jennifer did a good job of working through the worst of the snarls and got us to closing on time. I feel like she probably helped us avoid some of the nightmares many first time homebuyers encounter. The only thing that would have been better is faster response to some of our communications.
