Very much on top of everything we needed to maintain a smooth loan process. She was always so responsive and called me back if she missed my call. The only constructive feedback I would have, is near the last few weeks I wasn't entirely sure when things were due and we got down to a real big crunch because it was due sooner than I had realized in terms of specific dates. But aside from not knowing specific due dates, everything was great!
