Jennifer was there for me every step of the way and eased any sort of anxiety I was experiencing during the process. All of my messages were answered very quickly, which helped even more. The transaction was very smooth and (bonus) the sellers were fantastic. Even in this crazy market, she helped me find the perfect home for me and my family. This woman was a gift from God for us! From playing with my toddlers to keep them distracted while I looked at houses to being a sympathetic ear when things weren't going our way to negotiating with contractors/bank/sellers, she was there every step of the way. Jennifer helped us buy our first home last year and she was so amazing that when we had to sell, we knew we had to work with her again. We had a lot of questions and her quick responses kept us calm and made us feel like we were in good hands every step of the way. Selling during a pandemic is stressful, but Jennifer made the process feel so much easier. I'm not sure how we could have done it without her. Would highly recommend her for selling and buying. :-)

As a first time Buyer, I was clueless about the process. Jennifer was an asset every step of the way. She was available whenever I reached out to her, even to ask me to let her get back with me in 15 minutes. She got a good solid read on what I was (and wasn't) looking for almost immediately, and was flexible about scheduling appointments for showings. The gist of this is that Jennifer made buying my actual dream home an easy and stress-free reality.
