While Jeremy was nice and friendly, I had two incidences over the process that caused me more headache. These were a result of him either not knowing or not finding out the information. It seemed he wanted to just please me instead of finding out the full information. This resulted in delays that could have been avoided, a lot of more waste of my time, energy and effort.
