Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The Pope team took care of me AND the seller in my FSBO situation by answering questions and guiding us along to closing day. Jeremy also directed me to trusted title, fire insurance and home warranty companies which was very helpful since I'm new to the area and don't know who to trust.
