Communication. I had Jeremy's cell number and was able to call or text to communicate in a timely manor. I sell Pest Control and Jeremy is in the mortgage business. Jeremy never made me feel as if I was wasting his time. My small questions were answered and the more complex were answered in a way I could understand.
