Jerry Dupaw and his team bent over backwards to make this deal happen. Found ways to Navigate Rate matching other lenders, dealing with a bad VA appraiser, renegotiating a rate lock mid process and even navigating difficult sellers attorneys and a Title company system crash the day before closing.
