Part of the 5-star rating is that they showed up! Two other hauling companies were no shows the day before. At that point we really needed our items removed because we were getting new furniture and space was limited. They confirmed the appt. quickly and called the day of the service when they were running late. They removed the items quickly, efficiently and with the utmost care given the tight spaces. These young guys surprised me with their professionalism. They showed up in uniform shirts, clipboard, and a big truck and trailer sanded with their company info. These guys are legit. And they took care of business. They picked up my junk with enthusiasm and handled it. I was embarrassed with all the stuff but they assured me it was nothing.
