I had a great experience with NOVUS!! I felt like my mortgage was important, and that I was being taken care of. I knew by my interactions with Jesse and his team that things were being handled in my best interest and I was not worried during the process I appreciated the personal touch of phone calls, which made me feel connected to the process.
