On the Positive Side: 1) Everyone I talked with was professional, helpful and had our best interests at heart. On the Negative Side: It seemed our refinancing process did not flow well. Here are a couple of examples: 1) My Employment Verification had not met Churchill's Criteria by March 1st, but yet we sat down with your chosen Attorney and had the Closing. 2) I then received 2 phone calls from Churchill Title (Vanessa - 3/8 and Kim on 3/9) wanting to set up our Closing date?

I know things have been busy, but it took over 70 days to close this loan when I had provided all information requested within a few days of the original request. Also there seemed to be broken lines of communication. Different people asking for things I had turned in weeks prior. We got it done, I just thought it took a long time and communication wasn’t as effective as it should be to move things along smoothly
