To be honest, I had started my re-fi process with two other agents, however, they just disappeared or weren't responding to any of my texts or emails, so I stopped the process. Jesse on the other hand was so informative and made sure the process went as smoothly as possible. When we did have a glitch, he went out of his way to get it resolved.
