To be honest, I had started my re-fi process with two other agents, however, they just disappeared or weren't responding to any of my texts or emails, so I stopped the process. Jesse on the other hand was so informative and made sure the process went as smoothly as possible. When we did have a glitch, he went out of his way to get it resolved. He is a great loan officer and very pleasant to work with. Jesse, responded to EVERY text every email and stayed with me throughout the whole process.
