Overall, Jessica is highly professional, responsive and great to work with. The email communication and availability to address questions was helpful. Ways to improve the process: There were several times when additional documents were requested, it didn't come through the web portal but just was an offline email request (not a big deal, but a way to improve the online portal) and to better anticipate what documents would be needed (e.g. employment verification outside of a W-2).
