Jessica did an outstanding job of servicing our mortgage. My wife and I initially reached out to Jessica via email after hours (on a Sunday afternoon) and she responded immediately. We received this gold standard service for the remaining of the time we dealt with Jessica. It should be noted that the cost and schedule of the closing were both better than Jessica initially forecasted. We have and will continue to recommend Jessica and BankSouth Mortgage.

Jessica was amazing to work with and made buying my first home a breeze! She is responsive, very approachable, and explains the home buying process in a way that is easy to understand.
