Jessica went above and beyond for us!!! I am a needy client to say the least and she was so nice and knowledgeable with everything!!!! I would recommend her to my best friend!! Amazing team and great people who really worked hard for us and got us into our first home!!

Jessica helped us for the first time with a home refinance in 2006 and we were so pleased with her great service and attention to detail that we have not used anyone else since! Jessica's helped us several times since including our last home purchase in 2014. I recommend Jessica whenever I have the opportunity as I know she will provide the same great level to others that she provided to my family!

I felt that the communication could have been clearer and more frequent. Perhaps too many clients were being handled at one time? Perhaps OnQ needs more staff?
