I am the builder/realtor and other realtors mostly sell my homes but, if I sell any of them myself, I would recommend you. I have never seen a company send those video explaning each step and especially liked your advise not to go buy any large items that could affect the loan. Nobody else ever tells them that but I have seen that happen before.

Jessica was awesome! She did everthing she said she was going to do, when she said she would do it. We closed our loan in just over 2 weeks, which was one of the reasons that we won in our multiple offer situation. She even called the listing agent on our behalf. All the ingredients worked together to create a seamless closing. I plan to do much more business with Jessica in the future.
