The image is unrecognizable. The image quality is definitely not the same as the images on the website.My kitty cat died Easter Sunday and I am devastated by the poor engraving of him. However, the pendant it self seems to be made of quality material, it is well made and is very pretty.

I had previously made a review but I see it did not get posted to their site so I will try again. I ordered a cremation necklace and within days it turned a copper color but only from the back. The front still looks decent. Ive spent $20 on necklaces before and this never happened. But I spent $100 on this and instantly looked bad. I purchased the 3 stone garnet ring in silver. I opted to replace the stones with a clear (diamond) stone. They initially lost my order and could not find me in the system. They kept advising me that their "jeweler" would have to get back in touch with me on the status of my order. Finally after almost 3 months I received my ring.
