My countertops were installed today. They delivered a breakfast bar with two chips and refused to take the damaged piece back. Also the backsplash was too wide to accommodate my faucet, but they drilled the hole when I left the room without my permission after they’d asked me what they should do. It was stressful, and the sales rep, Jennifer, was deplorable. If you want to spend $3400 on chipped granite then this is your place.
We ordered a countertop and tile jobs from JG Natural Stone. First, they installed a countertop. No issues with that. After a week, they came back and did a natural stone installation. Horrible job. 1. First of all, they saw our walls twice before the installation and didn't even mention that they needed to be painted with a dark color.
