1. Jhoana “got me in the door” / tried to keep my business by telling me I qualify for a loan with an interest rate of ~6.2%, but she did not initially convey the caveats of that loan (e.g. stipulations that would require us to pay a large tax should we meet them). I told an alternate broker who was offering a similar rate of 6.3% that I was no longer interested. Then Jhoana’s team let me know of the stipulations. They made the process very easy! Any questions we had, the team always had answers or walked us through the steps. We had started out with a different lender at first. But their process was a lot longer time wise. With the market the way it is now, we didn’t have time to waste! They cut the time for our approval from over a month with the other lender! Outstanding!
