From start to finish, it could not have been a better experience. While checking out the website, customer service answered my questions in their chat window; the online booking was easy; speaking with Rob to confirm and discuss the clean-out prior to the team coming was reassuring; the team who came to the house was professional, friendly and anything we threw at them (some last minute additional furniture that needed to be taken out) was "not a problem". It was a pleasue having Jiffy Junk hauling services. I called on a Sunday to make an appointment. The man who answered my call was very pleasant and helpful. I made an appointment for three days later to have their trunk come & they would give an estimate. If I liked it the men would stay and remove the items. The estimate was reasonable and the two men very carefully removed 5 large items. My husband and I were extremely pleased with Jiffy Junk and will definitely use them again.
Great service. Polite, neat and efficient.Came on time, emptied a whole house and done within hours.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. I recently had to arrange (long distance) to have my Mom’s apt cleaned out after her passing. Adam patiently guided me through setting this up, verifying arrival etc. and when the day came, thanks to Marvin & Eduardo, the experience was flawless. These men were not only ultimate professionals, on time, & courteous, but caring & sensitive to the situation. It was my good fortune to have found them & I am happy to recommend them without reservation!
