RecommendedThe whole experience was great! From scheduling a pick up the very next day and the two gentlemen who picked up our junk were so nice and quickly removed all our garbage. They called when they were 15 minutes a way and confirmed the appointment my email. I would definitely recommend this company.
I do not recommend this service. - They were very expensive - They were a no-show on pickup day. I understand that at the end of the day, appointments can run late, but nobody called me to tell me what was going on. It took almost an hour of sending messages on email and voicemail before finding out that they were so late that they'd have to come the next day. - The next day they were an hour late!

RecommendedI have nothing but praise for Jiffy Junk. Myrvin showed up on time and recognized it was a big job which needed more help. 7 men and 4 hours later 8 rooms a basement plus garage and 70 years of stuff were removed. They were careful, clean and extremely polite. It must be a great company to work for because they all went out of their way to make the job a pleasant experience.
