the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service ever! I stayed at a hotel that I booked through their site. There were SEVERE issues at the hotel and the hotel compt me one-night stay. After waiting over a week to see my refund I finally called JIFU and the only thing customer service could or would tell me was the matter is being looked into! WTH? Finally after talking back to the hotel I find out that I was charged 299.54 and the hotel was only paid 251.83 so when they give me a refund they only refunded me 104.00, oh and best yet, ac... read more
