I've been to quite a number of dermatologists. She is the best one ever.
Dr. Buckthal and her staff were amazing. I have severe anxiety when it comes to having procedures. Dr. Buckthal and her nurse made me comfortable and at ease. She explained everything she was doing and what she was finding. She answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand.
Quick and efficient. All staff were very nice and called me back right at appointment time. Doctor was very pleasant and explained everything in detail .
Very professional and courteous. The pre cancers were frozen quickly and efficiently. The biopsy was completed and I have had no problems with it I hope the follow up goes as well.
Dr. Buckthal is simply one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is professional and explains things in terms I can understand. She has a positive attitude and excellent bedside manner. It always feels like she really cares about you as a patient.
She was professional with a great bedside manner. She had no problem with answering questions or explaining things. She did a great job in removing meloma and stitching.
I'm a healthcare provider myself and I have never left a negative review because I truly understand all that goes on when you're seeing patients. However, I am here to let you know I would not choose this provider. This practice may have other providers that provide a more comprehensive evaluation and I would investigate those. Can’t get into the doctor because her staff is terrible. I have gone to two appointments and they never have my paperwork. I ended up scrambling in the office and begging them to look. First time they found it after I talked to a supervisor the second time the receptionist was rude and wouldn’t even look. I just left. They must not need anymore money. Will find someone else.
