Abi did a great job to greet me and make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure.
I really appreciated having all my questions answered and so much explained to me as if I'm an adult (unfortunately not all doctors seem able to do this).
Abi was great and patient, and so nice even though my teeth were really dirty.
I had several cavities to fill and a crown to fix and was dreading the visit. The two Jills worked efficiently and compassionately, making my visit go quickly (it was 2 hrs long but didn't feel like it) and painlessly. Whew.
Christine was great as always. She is the perfect first contact. The same can be said for Kim. I met Michelle for the first time, and she was professional, courteous and made a nice personal connection. Although I was not seeing Crystal, she gave me a nice shout-out as I passed by. I hope her patient didn't feel neglected. Just for the record, I miss Jen, and wish her well at MHCC (where I taught for 30 years). And Jill? I was very comfortable. You have wonderful people working there.
Everyone was extremely friendly and kind. Unfortunately, after I left the first time I experienced unexpected discomfort. Fortunately I was able to come in later in the day to have that discomfort relieved. Sadly, a new discomfort emerged, either because of the first or second treatment so at the moment I may need to be seen a third time for what I hoped and was told would be an extremely simple procedure.
