Jilyn was able to get us a refinance on our primary home, after being turned down by our own bank twice and other lenders. I have recently retired and no one would include our rental properties as our wealth. My husband continued for over 2 years trying to refi while interest rates were low, all the while being turned down. I had given up hope. I purchased my Joshua Tree house back in 2018. When it came time to Re-Fi my BofA loan, I chose American Family Funding/American Pacific Mortgage.
