As you may imagine, we get to know quite a lot of lenders in our line of work as realtors. When it came to the purchase of our new home, my husband and I went straight to Cardinal. I have referred them numerous times because of how amazing they have always been with the buyers we help, and my experience as their customer was outstanding. They run a flawless team. They worked extra hard for us, and cleared some hurdles to get us where we wanted to be. We even closed early. We could have used any lender, and we chose Cardinal.

I cannot begin to express enough gratitude to Jim Bakhtiar and his awesome team for taking care of the refinancing of my home. The speed at which they put everything together and prepared all the documents was second to none. Thanks to them I was able to reduce my monthly mortgage payment by almost $700.00! And to “top it off”, they made the process so easy and without any stress on my part. I would highly recommend that whether you are buying or refinancing, get a hold of Jim and his team….. you won’t be disappointed!

Service...something lacking in most businesses nowadays, but not this one. Regular calls and updates as well as a fun gift at closing with hand written personalized note is what I received. This company is fantastic.

I rarely give the highest rating for any product or service. In this case, I have no choice but to give Cardinal Financial five stars for their excellent service, professionalism, and making us feel important. From day one, walking into their office made us feel welcomed. Hey, even the dogs were great! We were a partner and was treated as such when their staff needed information from us, and provide us with the information we needed. I highly recommend Cardinal Financial.
